Scott Grow is currently the Director of Western Region HSE at Oceaneering, where they focus on establishing world-class safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards within the company. They previously held the positions of HSE Manager for the Americas Region and Subsea Projects HSE Manager at Oceaneering, contributing to safety protocols in deepwater projects. Prior to that, Scott served as an HSE Training Coordinator at Crown Oilfield from 2006 to 2008 and worked as a Helper at Sewart Supply from 2002 to 2006. Scott earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Safety Technology from Nicholls State University in 2006.
