Shannon Willis

Shannon Willis is an experienced professional in safety and compliance management with a career spanning over two decades in the maritime industry. Currently serving as DPA/CSO at Oceaneering since May 2014, Shannon leads all aspects of Labor Relations and oversees the ISM/ISO Quality Program and Behavioral Based Safety Program. Previously held positions include Safety and Compliance Manager at TradeWinds Towing LLC and Director of Labor Relations at Abdon Callais Offshore, LLC, where Shannon managed various safety and quality initiatives. Early career experience includes roles as QHSE Manager at Gulf Fleet Management and Quality Manager at Trico Marine Operators, Inc., where Shannon implemented the ISM program across the U.S. fleet.
