Stephen Cochrane

Stephen Cochrane has extensive experience in project and production management, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Oceaneering since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Master Project Schedule and Resource Pool, controlling the Management of Change process, and overseeing a team of production controllers. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions, including Project Planner and Production Control Manager, focusing on project scheduling and resource management using tools like Primavera P6. From November 1992 to January 2014, Stephen worked at Philips Lighting as Planning Manager, leading a team to meet performance KPIs and improve planning processes, and previously as a Production Planner, where duties included managing production orders in SAP and enhancing operational efficiency.
