Heather Wiedau

Heather Wiedau has over 25 years of work experience in the banking industry. Heather is currently working at OceanFirst Bank as the Vice President and Senior Human Resources Business Partner since February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Sun National Bank for 11 years, starting in May 2007 as the Vice President and HR Business Partner until January 2018. Before that, they worked at Bank of America in various roles including Staff Recruiter from May 1999 to May 2007, Sr. HR Administrator from May 1997 to May 1999, and Commercial Real Estate Administrator from May 1994 to May 1997.
