Lynn Wingender

Lynn Wingender has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on commercial lending and operations. Lynn began their career at OceanFirst Bank in 2005 as VP, Commercial Lending/Operations, where they managed operations and a post-closing team for the bank's growing commercial lending department. Lynn also played a key role in coordinating and responding to department and regulatory audits. Lynn developed reporting and automation processes to enhance portfolio management and workflows. In 2017, they joined Manasquan Bank as AVP/Commercial Lending Support Services Manager before returning to OceanFirst Bank in 2019. In their current role as AVP/Strategic Integrations Officer, Lynn utilizes their expertise to facilitate strategic integrations within the organization. Lynn also previously held the position of AVP/Operations Analyst at OceanFirst Bank.

Lynn Wingender obtained their Associate's Degree from Ocean County College between the years of 1986 and 1988. Lynn then pursued further education at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the years 1989 to 1992. Additionally, Lynn completed the Dale Carnegie Course in 2003, although the start year for this specific program is not provided.
