Michelle Rocco

Michelle Rocco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michelle began their career in 2008 as a Student Supervisor at Montclair State University. In 2011, they joined Easterseals New Jersey, where they worked as a Special Events Manager until 2017, and then transitioned to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role until 2020. Starting in 2015, Michelle also pursued a side venture as a Network Marketer for Feel Beautiful by Michelle. Michelle currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at OceanFirst Bank, where they have been working since 2020.

Michelle Rocco attended Montclair State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism. In February 2022, they obtained the Certified Social and New Media Recruiter (CSMR) certification and the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS powered by ADP.
