Sean Kauffman

Sean Kauffman has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Sean began their career in 1987 as a Credit Analyst, Junior Loan Officer, and Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank of Toms River, NJ. Sean then worked as an Assistant Cashier and Commercial Loan Officer at United Jersey Bank from 1991 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, Sean served as a Vice President and Commercial Market Manager at Summit Bank. Sean then joined Ocean First Bank as a Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager from 1996 to 1998, where they managed the formation and operation of the bank's Commercial Loan Department. Sean then moved to TD Bank in 1998 and worked there as a Vice President and Senior Loan Officer until 2013. During their time at TD Bank, they were responsible for developing and managing a $110MM commercial loan portfolio and a $40MM deposit relationship. In 2013, Sean returned to Ocean First Bank as a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending, where they have remained.
