Michel Kripalani

Michel Kripalani has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Michel is currently a part of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches program, offering executive coaching to senior business leaders. Michel joined the program in December 2017.

In 2022, Michel became a Professional EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide.

From 2009, Michel served as the President & CEO of Oceanhouse Media, Inc., a company that develops and publishes mobile apps, boasting a team of experienced engineers, artists, and producers.

Since 2012, Michel has been actively involved in the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), holding various leadership roles. These include serving as the Global Committee Chair for Thriving Chapters, a member leader for the Global Communications Committee, and the US West Regional Council, overseeing the health and wellness of 18 chapters in the US West region.

In 2017, Michel started their own company, Extality, as the CEO. Extality specializes in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) application design and development.

Before that, Michel worked at Autodesk as the Director of Business Development & Senior Industry Manager, Games, from 2004 to 2009.

From 1991 to 2002, Michel was the President & CEO of Presto Studios, and prior to that, they co-founded MOOV design in 1989. At MOOV design, Michel programmed Verbum Interactive, the world's first interactive magazine, and was a regular speaker at industry conferences.

Michel Kripalani attended UC San Diego from 1985 to 1989, although the degree and field of study are not specified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the EOS Professional Implementer certification from EOS Worldwide in August 2022. Michel also completed the EO Global Speaker Academy program offered by Entrepreneurs' Organization in 2021. In 2018, they became a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching institution.
