Michael Jacobson

Michael Jacobson is a director of HCI Australian Operations Pty Limited (HCI), the Company’s largest shareholder. Michael joined Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited (Hosken; JSE: HCI) in 2003 and served as an executive until he left South Africa in January 2011 to jointly found HCI. As an executive in the Hosken group, Michael held directorships in several Hosken subsidiaries, the larger ones being Tsogo Sun Holdings, Mettle and Seardel Investment Corporation.Michael has also served on numerous audit and remuneration committees. Michael also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Johnnic Holdings, which was a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed property and gaming company.

Michael represents the Company’s interests as a director of Crimsafe Holdings Pty Ltd (“Crimsafe”), Boody Australia Pty Ltd and RZT.

Michael is a non-executive director of Montauk Energy Holdings LLC, which is listed on the Nasdaq.
