Andrew Buckingham

Andrew Buckingham is a seasoned professional in property and development management with extensive experience across various organizations in New Zealand. Currently serving as the Group General Manager of Property & Development at Oceania since December 2021, Buckingham previously held the position of Programme Director for Terminal Integration at Auckland Airport, overseeing a major $1 billion domestic terminal project. From August 2014 to April 2021, Buckingham was the General Manager of Development at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited, leading the delivery of significant office and retail developments. Other notable roles include Project Director for the New Zealand International Convention Centre with SKYCITY Entertainment Group and a decade with Kiwi Income Property Trust focused on high-value projects. Buckingham's career began in 1993, with early roles including Development Manager positions at Gandel Retail Management and Westfield, along with retail asset management at various firms. Education includes an Associate Diploma in Valuation from TAFE NSW.
