Previously, Gaeleen held significant roles, including US Head of Impact and East Coast Director at Too Good To Go, and founded a management consulting firm for the hospitality industry. Gaeleen also created and organized the Bogota Wine and Food Festival, supporting culinary education for underprivileged communities in Colombia. Educational background includes an MBA from SDA Bocconi and participation in a design and prototyping certificate program at IDEO.
