Jaclyn Strife

Jaclyn is the Chief Operating Officer of Oceanic Partners. Jaclyn is an accomplished operational as well as sales and marketing leader with broad transactional experience in high-growth, diverse industries, including financial services, consumer brands, and high technology. She previously worked as a Managing Director at MicroVentures, accumulating a long and illustrious transactional record there. Jaclyn joined MicroVentures following her tenure at SharesPost Financial Corporation, where she was one of the lead producers, and a member of a small team of brokers that executed over $1B in private share transactions, and contributed to making the company one of the market leaders in the secondary market. Prior to SharesPost, Jaclyn worked at Merriman Capital, an investment banking firm, where she was a driving force in securing new client business, providing sales force management, and developing new products. Earlier in her career, Jaclyn served as the Western District Sales Manager for Bear Naked Granola Company, where she enjoyed considerable success in cultivating the competitive San Francisco market, overseeing a major product launch, and introducing new product lines, ultimately contributing to the company’s successful sale to Kashi-Kellogg for $50M. Jaclyn holds a BA from Dartmouth College as well as Series 7 and 63 licenses.
