Frederico is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a Board Member at Oceano Fresco, a sustainable seafood startup. In this role, they support the CEO across all areas of general management, including HR, finance, and fundraising. Frederico also leads sales, marketing, and operations for the company. Before joining Oceano Fresco, Frederico served as a Board Advisor, providing commercial and operational advice to the founders and supporting their fundraising efforts.

Prior to their role at Oceano Fresco, Frederico worked at Procter & Gamble for many years. Frederico held various leadership positions, including Regional Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe's Oral Care business. In this role, they led a business and organizational transformation, focusing on the Oral-B brand and electrical toothbrushes portfolio, delivering consistent top and bottom line results. Frederico also served as the Regional Marketing Director for Europe's consumer healthcare innovation, where they upgraded innovation strategies for the Oral-B brand. Frederico also led the expansion of Oral-B into the toothpaste category in Europe and served as the Regional Commercial Ops Director for P&G Professional in Europe.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Frederico worked at Jerónimo Martins as a Retail Category Manager for the Private Label Food & Dairy Category in Portugal.

Frederico Reis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1999. Frederico also participated in the Erasmus program at Aarhus University in 1997, where they focused on Business Administration. Later, in 2002 to 2003, Frederico pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2019, they attended IMD to complete a program called Leading Digital Business Transformation (LDBT).
