Diana Tamas

Diana Tamas has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Diana is currently a Co-Founder at OceanoBe Technology, a software solution company specializing in end-to-end delivery. Previously, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Pentalog, where they coached development teams and led the creation of high-value products. Diana also served as a Scrum Master for various projects, including a platform for service providers and clients. Prior to this, Diana worked at Endava, where they managed the development of a financial mobile app and coordinated the design and functionality changes for an existing app. Diana also worked as an Associate Professor at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University and held managerial positions at Asociatia Managementul Vietii and Caritas Internationalis. Their diverse experience has equipped their with strong leadership, project management, and collaborative skills.

Diana Tamas earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctorate in Sociology from Univ Alexandru Ioan CUza Iasi, focusing on the subject from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in September 2014.
