Tim O'Leary has a diverse work history starting in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Centra. Tim then worked as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores from 2012 to 2014. During their time at Brown Thomas from 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Client Advisor in both Menswear and Ladies Accessories departments. After completing their degree, Tim joined Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland as a Retail Operations and Sales Graduate, where they evaluated sales trends and led the introduction of an Autism Friendly Shopping Evening. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at COS as a Stock Operations and Client Advisor, where they actively monitored stock and trained new hires. Tim then joined Louis Vuitton in 2019 as a Client Advisor, working across department concessions and developing client relationships. Tim was promoted to Senior Client Advisor in 2021, where they also led their business category of client services. In 2022, Tim worked as a Brand Partnerships Consultant at Odore, before joining OCEANR in 2023 as the Head of Customer Success.
Tim O'Leary obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Munster Technological University in 2017. In 2016, they participated in an Erasmus program at IUT Lyon 1, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Furthermore, Tim completed their secondary education at Carrigaline Community School, receiving a Leaving Certificate in 2011. In terms of certifications, they obtained the "Inbound Certified" certification from HubSpot Academy in 2023, "SEO Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Creating a Business Plan" from LinkedIn in 2020, and "Writing Articles" from Lynda.com in 2019.
