Thilani Baduge

Thilani Baduge is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Lead Accountant at Oceans since October 2023. Previously, Thilani held the position of Manager - Finance & Tax at Accario Global from 2017 to 2023, where responsibilities included daily capacity planning and team performance management. From 2006 to 2017, Thilani worked as a Lead Associate Operations at WNS Global Services, with duties encompassing month-end journal preparations, balance sheet analysis, statutory accounts preparation, and VAT reporting. Thilani holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and is a qualified ACCA member, complemented by a high school diploma from Kandy Girls High School.
