Andrea Norman

Andrea Norman is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Associate Superintendent of Business Services for Oceanside Unified School District since July 2019, and previously held the position of Director of Human Resources, Certificated. Prior to this role, Norman worked as the Director of K-12 Education at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District from July 2016 to July 2019. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
