Caroline Weakland

Caroline Weakland is a Senior Associate at OceanSound Partners since July 2023, previously holding senior and associate roles at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. from August 2020 to June 2023. Caroline began career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey from January 2018 to July 2020, focusing on Business Services M&A, after serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in 2017. Earlier experience includes a summer analyst position in Mergers & Acquisitions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Caroline earned a Bachelor’s Degree in B.S. Commerce from the University of Virginia and graduated from Maggie L. Walker Governor's School for Government and International Studies with a focus on International/Global Studies.
