Isha Kothari

Isha Kothari is a Private Equity Associate at OceanSound Partners since July 2023, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International in the TMT M&A Group from May 2022 to June 2023. Isha also held the position of Investment Banking Analyst at Spurrier Capital Partners, focusing on Technology M&A from July 2021 to June 2022, and gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in July 2020, where responsibilities included supporting a $100B+ firm in live transactions and conducting valuations. Earlier, Isha worked as an Equity Research Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining expertise in ESG data analysis, trade execution, and financial reporting. Isha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Middlebury College, with a study abroad experience at UNSW.
