Ryan Hornsby

Ryan Hornsby is currently working as the Vice President of Solutions & Standards at OceanX, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of Operations at Bloomscape from July 2022 to May 2023. Ryan also worked as the Director of Operations Execution at ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics from March 2021 to July 2022. Before that, Ryan served as the Sr. Manager of Logistics at Carrier HVAC from January 2018 to January 2021, where they led a distribution network and had full P&L ownership. From September 2013 to January 2018, they were the General Manager of Distribution at Carrier. Ryan started their career at Amazon, where they worked as an Operations Manager from July 2011 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked at UPS as a Supervisor from May 2005 to July 2011.

Ryan Hornsby has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lipscomb University, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), with a field of study in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
