Virginia Rubey

Virginia (Dina) Rubey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in child welfare and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at the NYS Office of Children and Family Services since May 2023, Virginia has previously held significant roles, including Senior Caseworker and Caseworker at Albany County Government, where responsibilities focused on foster care. Prior experience includes roles as an Alternatives-to-Detention Specialist at LaSalle School, a Lead Advisor promoting Restorative Justice at School in the Square Public Charter School, and various positions within educational and strategic operations contexts.
