Eric Hernandez

Eric Hernandez serves as the Chief Operating Officer at OCH Technologies, LLC, where leadership focuses on operations within a rapidly growing federal IT services firm specializing in cybersecurity, systems engineering, and software development. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Principal/Director, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio and overseeing operations for a 120-person division, and as a Project Manager at The Richard Group, where Eric excelled in digital project leadership. Earlier experience includes managing digital communications for the Washington Wizards, enhancing web branding and content strategy.
