Marcus Stuettger has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Marcus started their career as a Lab Assistant at Legacy Health from October 2009 to February 2011. In February 2011, they joined OCHIN, Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst, where they triaged member phone calls and support tickets. Marcus also created and maintained Ad-hoc reports using MS Excel to track issue resolution. From February 2012 to April 2014, Marcus worked as a Senior HelpDesk Analyst and Team Lead at OCHIN, managing and mentoring the HelpDesk staff. Marcus then transitioned to the role of a Senior Epic Application-Tech Lead and Security Analyst, where they provided leadership and technical knowledge to various EHR application support teams. From April 2014 to December 2018, Marcus handled multiple projects involving maintenance, optimization, and build-out applications/systems. Marcus also maintained user access, security protocols, and permissions within the Epic application. In December 2018, they became a Sr Epic Application-Tech Lead and Security Analyst, Data Courier Administrator, leading and managing daily mentor meetings to triage escalations and provide support for EHR tickets. Marcus also designed and reviewed documents for onboarding Helpdesk Analysts at OCHIN.

Marcus Stuettger completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care from Careers in Nursing & Health Sciences in the years 2004 to 2009. Marcus later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Marylhurst University from 2015 to 2017.
