Olof Ermis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Olof began their career in 1999 at Framfab, where they worked as a system developer and architect. During their time at Framfab, they were involved in the development of the BRIKKS service portal platform, which was deployed to mobile and broadband operators in Europe. Additionally, Ermis co-founded a company called Hårdvarubolaget, focusing on connect home appliances.

Olof focused on areas such as TV user-experience, mobile broadband media streaming optimization, and set-top-box software stack. At Ericsson, Ermis held various roles, including Master Researcher - IoT & M2M, where they led the Component Factory unit, focusing on innovative software concepts for commercialization in Ericsson's product portfolio. Olof also served as the Head of Strategy for Ericsson Cloud System, contributing to the product and GTM strategy in the data center infrastructure and the development of the Hyperscale Datacenter System 8000.

In 2016, Ermis founded their own company, Ochno, where they currently hold the position of Founder & CEO.
