Carsten Grimm

Carsten Grimm is a General Practitioner at Ochre Health since April 2021 and has been a Fellow at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) since November 2018. Current roles also include Visiting Medical Officer and Medical Lead for the Covid at Home Program with the Department of Health in Tasmania as well as GP Liaison Officer, active until May 2025. Previous experience encompasses a Specialist Medical Practitioner in the Alcohol and Drug Service at the Tasmanian Health Service, a Clinical Board Member for the NHS Bradford Districts Clinical Commissioning Group, and a GP partner at Moorside Surgery. Additionally, Carsten has held roles as Clinical Lead for the Alcohol Misuse Treatment Service with Locala Community Partnerships and has contributed to the development of alcohol misuse management training at the Royal College of General Practitioners. Educational qualifications include a State Exam in Medicine from RWTH Aachen University. Expertise lies in primary care, shared care service development, and community-based alcohol and drug treatment.
