Nicole Gonzales

Nicole Gonzales has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ochsner Health System since July 1999. Nicole has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President and Director of multiple departments such as CT/CV Surgery, Urology, Neurology, and more. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Duke University Health System as a Strategic Services Associate and at Woman's Hospital as a Managed Care Analyst and Strategic Planning Services Coordinator. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
