Larkin Kennedy, FACHE has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2003, Kennedy completed a Masters of Science in Health Administration and gained valuable experience during an administrative residency at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation. This included spending time at multiple hospitals within the system.

In 2004, Kennedy served as an Assistant Administrator at Baptist Memorial Hospital - North Mississippi, where responsibilities included overseeing support services and managing the hospital's Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence application.

In 2006, Kennedy became the Administrator/CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital - Booneville, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 115-bed acute-care facility. This role also involved strategic planning, budgeting, community development, and physician recruitment.

In 2010, Kennedy joined Ochsner Rush Health as the Director of Critical Access Hospitals, overseeing the startup and operations of two new hospitals. They also served as the Vice President of Physicians and Clinics, responsible for the administrative oversight of over 150 physicians and mid-level providers in various clinic and hospital settings. In 2015, Kennedy was promoted to President, Hospital Division, and in 2018, Kennedy became the President/CEO of Ochsner Rush Health. Most recently, Kennedy has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ochsner Rush Health.

Larkin Kennedy, FACHE obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University from 1997 to 2001. Following that, from 2001 to 2003, Kennedy pursued a Master of Business Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in Business Administration. During the same period, Kennedy also obtained a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, focusing on Health Administration.
