Jason Thompson is an experienced project and construction manager with a robust background in the renewable energy and construction industries. Currently, Jason serves as Project Manager and Construction Manager at OCI Solar Power since March 2019, focusing on the Alamo 1 Retrofit project. Prior to this, Jason held a construction management role at OCI for a 50MWac project in Lamesa, TX, and further enriched expertise while working at RES Americas, DEPCOM Power, and First Solar. Jason's career began at Bechtel, where responsibilities included supervising the construction of new cell sites and upgrading existing ones. Jason holds an associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT, further solidifying a strong technical foundation essential for managing complex construction projects.
