Charlène Flores

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has over two decades of experience in nursing and healthcare technology. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads initiatives for care plans and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department. Prior to that role, Charlene was a Senior Business Consultant focused on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT and began their career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
