Niranjan Mangaonkar

Niranjan Mangaonkar has over 15 years of experience in software quality assurance and software engineering. Niranjan began their career in 2005 as a Senior Computer Programmer Analyst at Persistent Systems (Netezza/IBM). In this role, they were responsible for leading the global test team through the full test development cycle. Niranjan also served as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for testing new features and feature enhancements of Netezza's NPS. In 2011, they joined Akamai Technologies as a Senior SQA Engineer and was responsible for testing the Intelligent Platform, a Content Delivery Network (CDN). Niranjan also automated test cases using a framework in Perl and developed new functional test cases. In 2012, they joined SEPATON as a Senior SQA Engineer. In 2013, they joined Micro Focus (Vertica Systems) as a Software QA Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ocient as the Director of Quality Assurance. In this role, they lead quality assurance and is responsible for developing, testing, and delivering the leading high-performance database and analytics platform for the world's largest datasets.

Niranjan Mangaonkar has a background in Computer Science. Niranjan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Niranjan also completed a Software Testing Course from Software Quality Test Lab (SQTL). Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Shivaji University.
