Steve Nolte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lighting design and real estate. Currently serving as a Quotation Application Engineer at OCL Architectural Lighting since March 2020, Steve has previously held positions as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Gundaker and as the Director of Operations and Engineering at McFadden Lighting. Steve's background includes significant roles in lighting engineering and design, where expertise was applied in creating custom light fixtures and enhancing operational efficiency. Steve also has solid foundations in real estate, having worked as a Leasing Agent at Chicago Apartment Exchange, successfully managing tenant relations and contract negotiations. Steve holds a Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences in Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has pursued further education at multiple institutions.
