Betricia Heather has three years of work experience in the field of business development and marketing. In 2020, they began working as a Business Development Manager for OCloud Solutions. Prior to that, they were a Customer Specialist at KiwiTech from 2017-2020, where they developed customer solutions for local and national accounts, managed inventory, and used phone calls and customer contact as major sources of information. In 2017, they also worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist Trainee at Capital Group, where they updated marketing data for the corporation and analysts, analyzed and reviewed financial statements, and analyzed data to create summaries of overall market position changes.
