With a long tenure as an Administrative Assistant at Hampshire College, Pindell has been instrumental in scheduling and records management for the Dean of Students. Earlier roles include writing and editing for the Hampshire College Alumni Magazine and serving as a College Counselor at the Corporation for Public Management, where Pindell enhanced college transition programs. Pindell earned a degree in English and African-American Studies from Hampshire College in 2012.
