Chip Browndyke

Chip Browndyke is a Vice President at OCM, where they focus on career transition and talent mobility. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Chip previously served as Vice President & Regional Manager at LHH from 2013 to 2025 and founded Mesa Associates, LLC from 2006 to 2013. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Chip began their career as an Infantry member before transitioning into various roles in recruiting and consulting, including positions at Ray & Berndtson and Capital One. Chip is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
