Vincent Raufast

Vincent Raufast is the Director at OCO Global since May 2022, with prior experience as an Associate Partner in EY Consulting from January 2004 to May 2022. In this role, Vincent led the EY FDI Global Center of Excellence, providing advisory services to governments on attracting private sector investment and aiding companies in their international expansion strategies across the EMEA and Latin America regions, which include countries such as France, Ireland, and Colombia. Vincent holds a Maîtrise in Droit privé with a focus on international business law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Licenciatura de Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, both completed between 1998 and 2002.
