Barak M. is an experienced healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in medicine and consultancy. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Consultant at Guy Partners since December 2021, Barak also holds positions as a Board Member at OCON Healthcare and a Rehabilitation Specialist at Beilinson - Rabin Medical Center, where the focus is on establishing a new Rehabilitation Department for war casualties. Barak's previous experience includes over two decades at LA Sports Rehab as a Healthcare Consultant and Medical Doctor, contributing expertise in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management. Barak has held several board and advisory roles in various companies, including X-Vax Technology, Inc., Poseida Therapeutics, Inc., and AnyVision, which specializes in advanced facial recognition technologies. Additionally, Barak has taught anatomy programs at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and has a strong academic foundation with multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University and a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from UCLA.
