They are currently Marketing Manager at The Bob & Ronna Group and the Owner of O'Connell Creative Studio, where they offer branding, graphic design, and social media marketing services. They previously served as Marketing Manager for Coastal Lending Group, LLC from 2022 to 2025, focusing on helping Loan Originators build client relationships, managing online presence, and assembling a marketing team to increase ROI. They began freelancing creative marketing services for their network of small business owners within the past year and have extensive experience in marketing, administrative work, sales, customer service, merchandising, and photography.
