Kelly Vickers has been a dedicated educator at Oconomowoc Area School District since November 2015, initially serving as a long-term substitute teacher for fifth grade before securing a full-time position as a sixth grade teacher at Nature Hill Intermediate in 2016. In addition to teaching, Kelly coaches the seventh and eighth-grade dance team at the same school, overseeing practices, performances, and competitions. Prior experience includes an interim teaching role in a 6/7 grade Language Arts classroom at Richmond School and a third-grade student teaching position at Marcy Elementary School. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Science in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to the teaching career, Kelly worked at Waterstreet Brewery in various roles and scorekept and bartended for summer league softball games at Pewaukee Athletic Association.
