Eamon Burns has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Eamon started their career in 1994 as a Training Officer at Baring Asset Management. Eamon then moved on to Goldman Sachs in 2001, where they worked as a Vice President until 2012. Following that, they joined State Street as a Fund Accounting Manager for a year before moving to BNY Mellon in 2013 as a Managing Director, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Accounting at Ocorian.
Eamon Burns attended Maynooth University from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued a Master's degree in Economics & Finance. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Economics at Trinity College Dublin from 1989 to 1993.
