Kevin Palazzolo

Kevin Palazzolo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kevin started their career as a trainee at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 1996 and later worked as a trainee at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris in 2001. In 2007, they joined Elite Rent-a-Car as an Operations and Logistic Manager. Kevin then moved on to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 2010 to 2014 and as the Director of Operational Innovation London from 2014 to 2017. Kevin continued their career at Marriott International, holding the positions of Director of Operational Innovation, Core Brands Europe and Director of Operational Innovation, Europe from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Kevin is working at Ocorian as the Head of Integration and also holds the role of Integration Project Manager.

Kevin Palazzolo completed their education at Bournemouth University from 1998 to 2001. Kevin pursued international hospitality management during their time there. Later on, in 2019 and 2020, they enrolled in the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for financial modeling and valuation analysis. In 2020, they earned the certification of Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst from CFI. In 2008, they obtained the certification of Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Lean Methods Group.
