Tom Parkin is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and reward management, currently serving as the Head of Reward at Ocorian since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Compensation Manager at Citi from December 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing compensation for EMEA Global Functions and Operations & Technology. Tom also worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from October 2006 to December 2013 as a Reward Technical Partner and Reward Manager, contributing to the development of group-wide remuneration policies and executive reward benchmarking. Earlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at New Appointments Group and an HR Consultant at Synechron. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and Economics from The University of Sheffield.
