Aivaras T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. AIVARAS is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Ocoya, a MarTech platform that simplifies social media and content marketing for SMBs and agencies. Under their leadership, Ocoya has achieved $500k in revenue in 2022 and has a private community of approximately 5,000 members.

Prior to Ocoya, Aivaras worked as a Senior Web Engineer at Lietuvos draudimas, AB, where they served as a tech lead contractor on core insurance platforms. Their responsibilities included full-stack web development, improving QA processes, and mentoring junior developers.

Aivaras also worked as a BI Architect at DXC Technology, where they implemented data-driven projects and created Data Models and Data Cubes for reporting insights to C-level management. AIVARAS utilized Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI technologies to enhance data aggregation and implemented functionalities within internal projects.

Before DXC Technology, Aivaras served as a PM (Software) at Renault Software Factory, where they managed a project for autonomous vehicle crash testing. AIVARAS was responsible for presenting project progress to C-level clients, communicating technical information, and promoting technology and services.

Aivaras gained experience in the motorsports industry as a Formula 1 Engineer at Williams Racing. AIVARAS developed programs for aero engineers, managed projects, and worked on data analysis and tracking systems. AIVARAS also implemented a flow visualization system using Particle Image Velocimetry in Wind Tunnel testing.

During their time at Medidata Solutions, Aivaras worked as a Technology Summer Intern, contributing to the development of an API and utilizing Agile methodologies. AIVARAS gained experience in front-end and back-end development using Java and various frameworks.

In addition, Aivaras had internship experiences at The University of Manchester, where they developed barcode scanning and online checkout systems for the Hardware Library, and at the National Olympic Committee of Lithuania, where they represented Lithuania in Winter Olympic Games and Youth Olympic Winter Festival in Alpine Skiing.

Aivaras T.'s education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Vilnius Zirmunai Gymnasium, where they studied until 2014. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.

In 2014, Aivaras T. attended The University of Manchester, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering with Industrial Experience. AIVARAS completed their studies in 2017.

After a gap of two years, in 2019, Aivaras T. pursued a Master's degree at ISM University of Management and Economics. AIVARAS specialized in Innovation & Technology Management and completed the program in 2020.
