Rob Cipra is an experienced carpenter with a comprehensive background in custom cabinetry and woodworking. Currently employed at OCP Contractors, Inc. since July 2022, Rob previously worked at Reserve Millwork Inc. as a carpenter specializing in custom cabinet making from February 2020 to July 2022. Rob's experience also includes a significant role at Leiden from October 2012 to February 2020, where responsibilities involved coordinating production schedules for multiple operators as well as cabinet making and various woodworking tasks. Prior to that, Rob served as an operations manager at Commerce Corporation from September 2010 to October 2012, overseeing warehouse operations and maintenance. Rob's career began at Big Framing Contractors as a carpenter apprentice, progressing to lead carpenter from October 2005 to September 2010. Rob holds a diploma in carpentry and home improvement from Maple Heights High School.
