Hajar MOUMANE has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Hajar began with a stage initiation at OCP in July 2012. In February 2013, they worked for the British Council as part of an English Language Training program. Following this, they had a short internship as a Stage Ingénieur Adjoint at OCP in July 2013. In 2014, they worked at NOVEC sa as a Stage en ingénierie from February to June. Hajar then joined OCP SA in January 2015 as an Ingénieur Maintenance Electrique et Instrumentation until July 2015. Subsequently, they held the position of Responsable méthodes at OCP SA from August 2015 to September 2019. Lastly, they became the Digital & Maintenance Engineering Lead at OCP SA from September 2019 onwards.

- From 2009 to 2014, they attended Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées de Khouribga, where they obtained a degree in electrical engineering.
