Hicham E.

Hicham E. currently serves as a Guest Lecturer at Universitas Gadjah Mada in the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Department of Public Policy & Management, and as Director of the UM6P-J-PAL Agricultural Lab for Africa at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, focusing on research to enhance food security for small-scale farmers. With a significant background at OCP SA, Hicham holds the position of Chargé de Mission in the Office of the Chairman & CEO since December 2017 and has previously advised on East Asia as well as supported onboarding efforts in Africa. Additional experience includes a role at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Global Trainee and Vice President at ESSEC Conseil International, complemented by academic qualifications such as a PhD in Development Economics from Peking University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School.
