Ichrac Marmri

Ichrac MARMRI has a diverse work experience history. In 2010, they served as the Vice President External Relations of the National Congress for AIESEC. Ichrac then became the Vice President International Incoming Exchange in AIESEC Morocco in 2010-2011, leading a team of 19 people and securing internships for international students. In 2011-2012, Ichrac took on the role of Congress Committee Vice President External Relations of MENA XLDS, organizing a large conference and managing communication and partnerships. Ichrac then worked as a Marketing and Communications Officer for the British Council from 2011 to 2013, focusing on promotion and media campaigns. In 2014, Ichrac briefly worked with BNP Paribas in strategic planning and HR development. Ichrac'smost recent position was with OCP Group, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Business Partner & Senior Recruiter, Digital Change Lead, and Head of HR - Filiale Hôtelière. Ichrac'sresponsibilities at OCP Group included managing recruitment processes, implementing digital training programs, and designing HR development frameworks. Ichrac was also nominated for the LinkedIn Top Social Recruiter Award in MENA in 2018.

Ichrac MARMRI obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Business Administration from Université Mohamed V Agdal - Rabat, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Ichrac is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Columbia University, with expected completion in 2024. In addition to their degrees, Ichrac has obtained several certifications. These include the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, an advanced certification in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment, and certifications in Social Entrepreneurship and Public Relations from various institutions.
