Sanae M'Hidli Ouihmane

Sanae M'hidli OUIHMANE is an experienced industrial and business consultant specializing in corporate strategy sustainability and innovation at OCP Group since July 2016. OUIHMANE has played a key role as a transformation officer on the ExplOI digital and operational transformation program, as well as a transformation agent in cost optimization initiatives at Morocco’s largest phosphate mining site in Khouribga. OUIHMANE has also contributed to the development of a Go-to-market strategy for a new product launch in Brazil. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Engineer focused on engineering, construction, and quality for a new phosphoric acid production unit and working as a Construction & Commissioning Engineer and Quality Engineer at Hirschmann. OUIHMANE holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from UM6P - Africa Business School, along with programs in women leadership and fertilizer science and technology.
