Sofia Alouane is a seasoned marketing and communication professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing, Communication & Sales at Africa Business School, part of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, since May 2024. With extensive experience in various leadership and consulting roles, Sofia has held positions at OCP SA as Chargée de mission in the Cabinet of the CEO since May 2019, and previously managed marketing communications at Africa Business School from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting and Roland Berger, and gained early experience as an M&A intern at BNP Paribas. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School, attained between 2011 and 2015.
