Sofia Benslimane

Sofia Benslimane is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at OCP SA since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Danone from September 2013 to July 2018, where achievements included developing learning strategies for 7,000 employees, launching leadership programs, and leading innovative training events. Additionally, Sofia contributed as a Collective Intelligence Manager and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives across the company.
