Youness Lahwasni

Youness Lahwasni has a diverse work experience. YOUNESS worked as an Innovation Project Lead at OCP S.A, where they managed a team of engineers and scientists and contributed to innovation projects in the field of technology. YOUNESS also participated in senior management decision-making and collaborated with MIT, Cranfield University, and Rothamsted Research. Prior to that, Youness served as the Head of Engineering at UFACTORY, where they led a team of engineers and was responsible for product development and technical problem-solving. YOUNESS also worked as the CTO and Co-founder of Beijing QINGFEI Technologies Co.,Ltd, where they successfully executed prototyping and technology consulting projects. YOUNESS managed technology decisions, built market strategies, and developed client and supplier networks. Youness has also worked in the field of 3D printing and R&D, serving as the R&D Department Manager at Beijing NEO-LEAF Technologies Co.,Ltd and as a Mechatronics Engineer at AheadX Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
